adviser) is an individual or firm that advice client on real
estate investment matters on a qualified basis.
They tend to fall into two
categories: Canada Real Estate Investment Advisor offering
direct financial advice to individuals or businesses,
or investment advisors contribution asset management
for (typically) corporate clients.
Depending on the nature of the relationship, Canada
